Why Seal Concrete?

Why do I need to seal anything?

Why Seal Concrete?

Sealing concrete is essential because the material is naturally porous and acts like a sponge to liquids, chemicals, and moisture. A quality sealer blocks water from penetrating the surface, which prevents costly freeze-thaw cracking and spalling efflorescence. It also protects against stubborn stains from motor oil and chemical corrosion from de-icing agents. Ultimately, sealing binds surface particles to eliminate dusting, inhibits mold and mildew growth which will significantly extend the lifespan of the concrete.
